Technique #1: All that is called ‘Eye makeup”

First of all, you should bear in mind that eye makeup does not just consist of the eye shadow. To fully dress up the eyes, you have to have the following key items: eye shadow color palette, eye liner, eye brow pencil, and mascara.

As you can see, the effect that you want to bring to your eyes depends largely on the application of these items.

Before anything else, apply concealer to the eyes to take away the uneven coloring of the skin. To cover the dark circles under the eyes, put three dots to the area. The next thing to do is to pad these dots until the concealer is spread and disappears.
